A Growth Mindset

There is always some strain in our lives that presses us to lose ourselves. To spin out of control and meet with heightened emotions and volatile outlooks.
It is paramount that we consciously and actively take a step back in these moments to slow down, establish clarity and steady the speed, the pace and the order of importance.
Ask yourself does it matter in five years and more importantly what is truly the source of tension. Often it is the story we tell ourselves that can leave us in stagnant or static circles.
Actively changing and challenging the narrative is a practice and discipline. Much like picking up a broom and de-cluttering your home - shifting the narrative and actively noticing the positives in any given situation lends opportunities for growth and gain. This is an essential muscle and happiness principle, that must be cultivated and nurtured regularly.
There is always a trans-formative power to be had in any given moment that is hopeful and uplifting. Should we find ourselves all alone one evening - we might notice the peace, the time to breath, to rest or to take space just for ourselves.
By converting your perspectives and negative experiences into opportunities to learn, you might build intimacy, create alternative resolutions and extend compassion, kindness and laughter within and those around you.
The trials of life can be made lighter in this way - as we actively shift moments of upset, conflict and pain into moments of growth and gain.
Here, we might develop a deep-set flexibility and introduce safety, comfort and ease in any scenario as we find ourselves in. As we are routinely able to shift, lift and transform our habits into something brighter, stronger and more secure.
So - actively accentuate the positives in your day and try to see the best in life, in others and in yourself. You may just discover boundless limits and endless expanse.
