Take time to connect with nature with me. In our sessions I will encourage a constant relationship with the natural world. We will look to nature in order to draw parallels between where you are and where you might hope to land.

I offer mindful, ecological exercises, designed to quiet thoughts and instil roots.

Carve out sacred spaces for you. Together, I will show you how you how to build and hold undisturbed sanctuary within your body.

Learn how to honour and conserve those sacred spaces within your relationships, work life and home.

Rushing disrupts and ruptures the natural rhythm of your body. Get to know your speed with me and permit yourself to move in alignment with your own body wisdom.

Find your pace and run with it. So often we are out of the present moment, reaching for another person's standard.

Set your own. We will start by listening to your body's needs and build from there.

Notice the abundance around you. Take time with me to absorb the beauty in your world - such as the pattern in your clothes, the softness of your bed, the colours in your garden.

By noticing your immediate abundance you begin to unlock a sincere and solemn practice of connection and meaning.

This becomes an offering to yourself. Your present moment grows brighter, is filled with buoyancy, as you grow and learn to love your landscape, your body and your path.

Rest and restore your body. Give yourself permission to digest your experiences, to sit with the present breath and hold attention for your senses.

Learn how to inject rest back into your life and to confront some of the wounds holding you back. In rest, we will restore some of the vitality and animation lost of left behind in your day to day world.
