Allow Yourself To Break

There is much mending and strength that can come from breaking. At times we must revisit a place to discover it is exactly what we no longer want and what we must leave behind.
Our conditions mould us. Our bodies respond to those conditions and all the little journeys begin to make a skin. One that sheds just as quickly as it grows.
By removing and placing yourself in a state of exile you create an opportunity for belonging and a space to grow.
Each of us carry blockages and wounds. The trick is to locate them early and really confront them - get vulnerable and get honest with yourself and those around you.
If you are holding pain - declare it, face it and work through it day by day. It is only this way
Stand in a place of love and compassion and acknowledge how far you have come and how it's never too late and never too far to move through difficulty.
Capture joy, embrace beauty and celebrate the abundance within and outside of yourself in small gestures or loud declarations.
Slow your body, subtract your tasks and simplify your thoughts. Try to choose one thing and do that one thing to the best of your abilities, with all your heart.
Interruptions, delays and breaks are part of life. They give us space to drop the ball and to re-navigate our paths. They can also be at the cusp of something wonderful.
Try to see breaking as an opportunity to move into something new, to try something different, to open yourself up to the universe.
Tend to your passions, nurture your values and intentions. Be loyal to your path and understand that pain, breaks and mistakes are part of discovering more joy, more light and more purpose.
