Why are you dressed in items that have nothing to say or do with you? Start to dress for you and state your path via your wardrobe.

Embrace your body. Love your story.
Connect with you body.
When we dress like someone else, we already instil a deep sense of detachment and abandonment of the self.
Mark your intentions. Put thought into the clothes that go on your back.
Clothes are charged in huge narrative and meaning. They have the power to project colour and vibrancy into your day - and to lift you into the present moment.
Notice the textures of your clothes. How do they feel on your skin and what values and intentions seem to rise up when dressed in that outfit.
Start to dress consciously, start to be selective and only wear what reflects who you are and what you stand for. When we dress like someone else we already instil a sense of detachment and abandonment of the self.

By wearing clothes that reflect you, you already offer an embrace and show love for you. Get to know your body, your curves, your shape and start to select items that connect and define you.
Start to approach you wardrobe like a palette you are dipping into - use it to tint or contour who you are. Clothes are a symbol and a language. Once you understand their power, make real time to choose what you wear.
You might even start to take joy in truly accepting your body, your history and the path you are taking. As each item carries an essence of you, your passions and values.
