Be the architect of your life. Pile by pile, shade by shade, shape the places you wish to remain in and form part of.

Find some solace in your steps and let your dreams swell, sail and swim. Let the land around you strip all fear and settle into your pace of life.

Don't feel rushed by the world and find serenity in your own pulse. Lean into it. Tune into your true rhythm and move with it. Don't force or underplay speed, your pace.

Hold a gentleness in your body and an ease in your direction. Trust in your natural intuition.

You know which way. You know how far. No-one else but you can test and honor that.

When you feel unsure or in doubt. Just. Slow down.

Return to your values and keep on revisint and reclaiming them. Be loyal to them but remember to be kind and to practice releasing yourself from expectation. At times, it is simply that release that we need the most. So give that to yourself, just as you would to others.

At times we need to reinstall those expectations in order to move again. Always listen to the balance and listen to your body. The answers always lie within. Always. Listen to your inner calling. What is your body asking of you today and how are you going to honour it.

Every day.

Every moment.

Every breath.

Hold yourself accountable for listening to and following your path. "Sva Menga".

There is a madness in standing still - as much as there is a madness in constant movement. Consciously carve and contour a pace that fits your intentions and actions in life - that makes space for a richness, variety and a degree of consistency.

There is a hushing, a humming and a hankering for peace within us all. Finding places that you fit, begins first with fitting into yourself.

Pursue knowledge of yourself, moment to moment, day by day, and give yourself space to settle, to breath, elongate and expand - at a pace that drives and delivers equilibrium.
