There is an elasticity and quiet confidence in moving alongside our own rhythm. In finding some place, some rituals that we belong to and carving out a landscape we can dream from, draw energy and travel in or towards.
Life is thick with lessons and tipping points. It invites us to take command, to act, to speak up and to recognise our own worth. When we stop looking outside ourselves, to others for serenity, to be rescued, to be seen, loved or understood, we begin to place that power in our own hands. We discover a boundlessness, an expanse, a resourcefulness, resilience and a centre capable of enormous momentum.
We must pour our passion into whatever we love - so that we are set free and we radiate power and purpose in how we hold ourselves and in all we do.
Meaning comes from the relationships we foster, the hardships we overcome and the conviction or faith we place in our choices. When we doubt the decision making - our story so far - we position ourselves at the mercy of judgement, confusion and listlessness. We allow others, we allow life to make choices for us, to control and carve out our own paths.
Whilst there is enormous humility and beauty in surrendering to the flow of life, part of finding our metal, of discovering our power centres and taking hold of our destinies lies in grabbing choice; lies in tapping into that which we love and working in collaboration with the world, rather than at its mercy.
Once you begin to love yourself, celebrate your choices and your journey so far. You can truly love your life and be present in its subtle movements.
This is not about the ego, the identity we carry, but rather about recognising our strengths and using them to generate powerful actions that uplift, bolster and brave the cold.
Find your voice. Find that which you love - without cause for comparison or approval. give yourself full reign and steer yourself towards your power, your fire and your true callings - un-apologetically, without permission or input.
When you pay less attention to what others think of you and more towards what you think of you, you begin the work. You trust your outlook and you set aglow your dreams - tailored and fitted to your body. Yours alone.
Finding your power centre begins with love - loving yourself, loving the world around you and getting to know and hone in on your unique qualities that which only come once in this lifetime.
Find your power centre. Let it set and seed. Anchor your intentions and values. Then walk forwards - with some cause in your heart, some fire in your belly and some hunger that must be met.
