Embrace your speed and love the natural connection your body wants to make. Manifest your true rhythm and manifest your body's true speed.
Start the process of shedding the excess.
Give yourself permission to move at 'your' speed.
Unlock your Body Wisdom
Spend time with your breath and get to know your body. Try lying on your back and taking deep breaths in and out. As you inhale and exhale, focus on your path, on the road you want to take and that you have stepped so far.
Feel the gratitude and grounding in this reflection and stillness. Part of getting to know your body's rhythm is about letting go of the constrictions, pressures and excess tensions placed on you.
Now is the time to start a process of shedding. Identify those parts of you that no longer align with your current values or intentions.

Start to actively love your body and give yourself permission to move at your speed. When we push ourselves or an intention unnaturally we are placing big demands that drain from our body's default rhythm.
Stop apologising and altering yourself. Take time for lunch, take time to lie in the stillness of your breath. Swallow the skies, the wind and the life around you.

Take time to respond in discussion. Too often, we feel rushed to give an answer or response. Pause, and use your breath to really reply at 'your speed'.
By avidly slowing your speech, you put across your rhythm, inject a unique confidence and really start engaging on terms that reflect you.
